BSOP: Bruno Ono takes lead on Day 1 of Main Event; listen

There are two other qualifiers for the BSOP Winter Millions Main Event. On Day 1D of the competition, a large number of players successfully advanced to Day 2. A total of 147 players qualified, with 527 on-site registrations.

The leader is São Paulo’s Bruno Shudy Ono, who has 309,500 chips. Next up on the official tally is Felipe Garcia, who finished 10 blind levels with 300,000 in chips.

A few notables Players successfully advanced to the second day: Larissa Metran (273,500), Cauê Martins (226,500), Edilson Junior (224,000), Pedro Thuin (223,000) ), Paulo Pinto (197,000), Bruno Porto (149,000), Gabriel Nóbrega (139,000) and Richard Dubini (115,000) were some of the highlights.

Day 2 of the tournament will take place this Sunday (23) at 2pm with big blinds at 1,000/2,000. With Day 1E underway, the competition ended with 1,665 entrants and a projected prize pool of R$ 930,000. Day 2 will feature over 450 players.
